Eventos Lumin'área Londrina

WE'RE HAPPY

YOU'RE HERE!!!

In the whole world, Brazil is taken by the WHO (World Health Organization) as the country that leads the top level of anxiety and depression.

SAD Day is an initiative created to support people who want to understand better the way mind works and who are engaged to win the challenge of facing STRESS, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION. For those, we brought together experts' experiences and perspectives on this subject at this mini-congress, with over 8 hours of content.

Here you have access to the great contribution gently offered by Yasuhiko Genku Kimura regarding an overview of our age, and Robert Litman sharing about the 'breathable body', both made in english language.

Please, access the content on the link and support this initiative with your "like",  comments or suggestions on Luminarea's YouTube Channel.

With your support, this project may be increased and go further in 2021.
